The apartment was great - I was a little nervous with the pull-out couch but the mattress was very comfortable and my teenager had no problems with it. My 2 other teenagers loved their private room and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bottle of wine was a very nice welcome gift (except we didn’t finish it! :( )The location is incredible. Centrally located to most of the big sites (7 minutes walking to the Duomo and 15 minutes walking to Accademia Gallery) and restaurants and shops are everywhere! I never would have thought I could drink a Guinness in Florence at an Irish pub…and it’s literally next door to the apartment (I mean I love wine but sometimes I need a break!)

we LOVED our stay with Massimiliano! from the get go we were received by Alessandro who coordinated with me for the keys and very nicely showed us everything around the apartment and the amenities in it. He made sure everything was according to what we were promised and also gave us a lot of recommendations around the area and some local tips! The area is super well located and also super safe! we went out and about until late and night and never had any problems. Beds were pretty comfy (both the one in the room and the sofa bed). Would love to stay there again on our next Florence escapade.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all major cultural attractions in Florence. The apartment is in a historic building that has been restored while preserving its original charm. Communication with the owner, Maximilian, was great, and Orsolya reached out in advance with all the arrival details. They were both easily accessible for any questions. A bottle of local red wine waiting for us was a lovely surprise. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, along with restaurant recommendations and exclusive discounts from Maximilian.

The host (Alessandro) was super friendly and helped us into the hotel as well as parking the car in the nearby garage (which was reserved prior to arriving. Alessandro also kindly introduced to us famous restaurants and photozones where my family and I could visit during our stay in Florence. The apartment location was awesome because we were able to reach main attraction sites within a few minutes. We also appreciated the invitation wine which tasted superb. Grazie and I would definitely love stay here again if I get to visit Florence again.

The apartment was well-equipped with all the conveniences we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily. The host was kind and accommodating, providing helpful instructions and even allowing us to extend our checkout by an hour, which was a great help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this apartment!
